Hello and welcome, I’m Elise Cosentino, a neurodivergent Registered Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. I am deeply passionate about supporting adolescents, teens, and parents as they navigate life’s challenges and find their way toward greater balance and well-being.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over 10 years working as an Early Childhood Educator, supporting young people through important stages of growth and development. This experience continues to shape my work today and fuels my genuine enjoyment of connecting with youth and parents in meaningful, supportive ways.
My path into psychotherapy is also rooted in my own lived experiences. Having navigated anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, and significant life transitions myself, I understand how overwhelming and uncertain these moments can feel. Both as a client and as a therapist, I have experienced the ups and downs of healing, gaining a deeper appreciation for the strength it takes to face difficulties and the growth that can come from them.
I bring this understanding into my work with warmth, compassion, and a strong commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are a teen, an adolescent, or a parent facing challenges, I am here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward a place of greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
